Return Policy

👉Return Policy:

  • We are frustrated if you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we are happy to accept returns for quality issues within 30 days of receiving a new item. If there is any dispute over the refund amount for the return, your refund will be based on the item value on the original purchase invoice. We are responsible for shipping costs for any returns.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, you can contact us at service@dmladies.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

👉Items excluded from returns

1.Products marked Final Sale ,flash sale cannot be returned.

2.Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

3.The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:

① Items on Clearance, ②Lingerie, ③Underwear & Accessories, ④Customized Items.

4.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

5.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

6.you will receive a full refund of your order (except for the shipping costs), any applications for exceeding of what you paid will not be accepted.

7.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

8.Changes made to the prices of our items after you’ve bought within 3 days, we will refund you the charge.

9.Discount code you used for your order cannot be changed.


👉Damages and issues

1、Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2、If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
3、If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

👉Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

👉Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take normally 2-5 work days, or even up to 10 work days occassionally for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please note that if it is not a quality problem, the customer needs to bear the return postage and service fee.
